Remembering a Texas legend.

Trauma surgeon. Pioneer. Innovator. Advocate. Educator. Mentor. Friend. Cowboy. Legend. By all accounts, Dr. Red Duke rode the trail
well. A brilliant man of action, his skilled hands saved countless lives. His visionary ideas and passion for people le an indelible mark on
Texas, the world and on us, his colleagues and friends. But it was his one-of-a-kind brand of irreverent Texas cowboy doctor that made him
truly unforgettable. Until we meet again, old friend. Until we meet again.
James H. "Red" Duke, Jr., M.D.

It's the way you ride the trail that counts.
