We continually push the boundaries of neuroscience.
Memorial Hermann Mischer Neuroscience Institute at the Texas Medical Center has a reputation for
innovation. We were the first in the nation to participate in a trial studying the use of hypothermia aer
head injuries. We established one of the world's first dedicated stroke programs. We orchestrate more
clinical trials for new multiple sclerosis therapies than anyone in Texas. And we are leaders in complex
spine surgeries and reconstructions. All of this is made possible by our longstanding affiliation with
